   Site Launch

   MyNavyRates goes live with initial support for all active enlisted ratings. The site includes composite scoring across bonus, civilian demand, salary, training pipeline, credentials, and community sentiment dimensions.

   Initial Rate Data — Phase 1a

   Rate profiles published for all active ratings, including ASVAB composite requirements, A-school duration and location, and Navy COOL credential counts sourced from MyNavyHR and Navy COOL.

   FY25 SRB Multipliers Added

   Selective Reenlistment Bonus multipliers from the most recent NAVADMIN release have been loaded. Ratings with active SRB offers are now reflected in bonus scores. Next update expected upon the next NAVADMIN publication.

   Civilian salary (median annual wage) and 10-year demand outlook figures refreshed using the latest BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) and Occupational Outlook Handbook data.
